So Us

I look at the picture below and think to myself, "that is so us, so natural." I was so comfortable that day on those steps with my two favorite boys in this whole world.  I couldn't be happier with the fact that God blessed us with such a wonderful marriage and such a happy baby boy.  That expression on Jacob's face is the one he carries most days.  I really have never met a happier baby.  The ladies at his daycare all know him and make sure to tell me how "happy" he is.  They love to go and visit his classroom and see him in the hallways.  I pray he keeps that wonderful attitude. Life is hard and can be tough at times. If he can keep that smile about him though, he will do many wonderful things in this life and bring joy to the lives around him.
